Der Graaf Motorized Pulley - Drum Motor is designed as the power
source for driving belt conveyors as a compact and durable solution to
conventional drive systems.
Driven by uncompromising quality the self contained Van Der Graaf Drum
Drive offers many standard cost saving features and benefits in industrial
conveying applications including those in mining, quarrying, cement airline
baggage, food processing, fertiliser works, timber, paper recycling,
postal, transport and others.
'GV' Drum Motors all designed to operate 24 hours a day, 7
days a week and all available in the standard diameter range 113mm, 127mm,
138mm, 160mm, 215mm, 315mm, 400mm, 500mm and 600mm with speeds 0.33 - 4.60
mps, power 0.04 - 22 kw corresponding to model type.
Special Options
- Electromagnetic Brake - Instantaneous stopping action
- Backstop Device - Used to eliminate roll back on incline conveyors.
- Lagging - These can be supplied with a smooth, diamond or custom pattern finish.
- Stainless Steel Plated - Providing a stainless shell, shafts and nickel plated end flanges with cable entry or polyamide terminal box.
- All Stainless Steel - A complete 316 stainless steel drum motor with the option of cable entry or polyamide terminal box.
